Blood Orange is one of the most energizing and mood-lifting citrus essential oils; Antioxidant-rich properties aid in smoothing skin, and reducing fine lines and wrinkles. Blood Oranges are considered to have up to 20% more vitamin C than standard oranges. 

Blood orange is zesty and tart, and it is beloved for having a “less sweet” aroma than other oranges. Our Blood Orange is sourced from Sicily, its native home in the Mediterranean region.

What is Blood Orange? 

Originating in the Mediterranean region, Blood Orange is a small citrus fruit with a deep red or “blood red” color on the inside, and occasionally on the outside as well. To some, its flavor is perceived as being similar to that of a Raspberry. 

Store your lip balm in a cool dark place, as it is made of natural oils and waxes it may melt in very hot environments. As our lip balms are handmade, the top of your lip balm may look imperfect, but the shape of the balm will adjust to your personal lip shape within a few uses.
