This cultivar grows in “Valle del Belice” area. The oil produced from Nocellara cultivar, shows a very low acidity, under 0,50%, and has got mild consistency. It is one of the richest oil in terms of polyphenols ( about 340mg/Kg).
The traditional method of harvesting and milling within 24 hours guarantees a product rich in character. Superior quality mono-cultivar olive oil, cold extracted.
